1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any man and van, clearance or removals work booked with JJA Clearance Removals Man and Van Services. By using this site or booking a job with us, you agree to them.
2. Quotes and booking
Prices are given by phone, text or WhatsApp, from a photo or from what you tell us about the job. A price is an estimate based on the information you give us and is agreed with you before the work starts. If the job turns out to be different from what was described or shown, we will tell you and agree any change with you before going ahead.
3. Access and your items
Please make sure we can reach everything that needs to be moved or taken away, and tell us about anything that must stay. Once an item has been loaded and taken, it cannot be returned.
4. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
5. Our responsibility
We take reasonable care of your property and carry out work with reasonable skill. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
6. This website
The information on this site is for general guidance and is kept as accurate as we can. Prices are always quoted individually; none are shown on the website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
